Stayed in an exceptional room with balcony great value for money. The location was stunning by Newquay zoo and met requests. Stayed here before, and I would come back for sure.

View was good, breakfast was sensational, and beds were lovely. Exceptional brilliant room, heating, an ironing set, and a writing desk were appreciated. Amazing staff from cleaner to manager, and provided a friendly atmosphere. Had beachfront location to the daytime events. What's more, it was just off restaurant, cinema, and the seafront overlooking Fistral Beach.
Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

In overall, the place is special, has extremely polite and superbly friendly staff who said she would tell management. Make sure you stay in the standard room with the view of the sea. The location of the hotel is good and beautiful, near to a nice beach.
